Our corporate governance structure ensures sustainability targets and ESG (environmental, social and governance) factors are effectively governed. The social aspect of the ESG framework is where we have the largest impact, by contributing to a more inclusive financial ecosystem for our customers, partners and society. Our customers and our people are key stakeholders to deliver on our business objectives and our sustainability strategy.
